Why We Started This
Every family has stories that make everyone lean closer. We started Replay Stories to give those conversations time and attention, and to make a film the family can return to.
We come to your loved one's home with an interviewer and a filmmaker, draw out the stories that matter, and craft them into a cinematic film your whole family will treasure for generations.

These are the questions that come up before anyone books. Straight answers to all of them.
My parent will say their stories aren't interesting.
Many parents say that at first. Then someone asks the right question. We know how to draw out the stories your whole family will want to hear, the ones that start with 'Oh, I never told you about...' Those are the moments that make the film unforgettable.
How do I bring this up without it being awkward?
This is the hardest part for most people, and it is worth getting right. The key is to frame it as a gift, not a request. Try: 'I want my children to hear your stories the way I heard them.'
What if my parent is camera-shy?
Most people are, at first. We do not start with the camera. We start with coffee and an unhurried conversation in your parent's own home, and by the time we are filming, the camera has stopped being the point. It feels like a conversation, not a production. Every film commission includes the complete interview audio, so your family can listen as well as watch.
I'm not in Lebanon. Can I still book this?
Absolutely. This is exactly who we built the booking process for. You arrange everything from where you are, by email, and we handle the ground in Lebanon: scheduling, filming, editing, and delivery. Your parent does not need to arrange a thing.
How long does the whole process take?
We plan final delivery within six weeks of the final scheduled interview, including the normal review rounds. If your review needs more time, we agree a revised delivery date.
What if we want to include multiple family members?
Extended includes two filming sessions. Legacy brings several family members' stories together across several films. We plan the sessions around your family and the stories you want to keep.
What does it cost?
We give you exact pricing on the first call, once we know what your family actually wants, so you are never quoted for something you did not ask for. For context: established US studios that film in person list packages from about $4,500 to $14,500 and up (Legacy Films, checked September 2026). Families in the US, the UK and France already commission films like these. We make them at home in Lebanon.
What if we are not happy with the film?
Standard includes one consolidated revision round. Extended and Legacy include two. Please send your feedback within ten calendar days of each preview. If we do not hear from you, we pause the schedule and agree a new date when you are ready. We fix genuine faults without using a revision round. Additional creative revisions are quoted before work begins. Final files, the USB and the session photograph are released after you approve the final version and the balance is paid.
