This is the hardest part for most people, and it is worth getting right. The key is to frame it as a gift, not a request. Try: 'I want my children to hear your stories the way I heard them.' We also provide a simple guide with conversation starters to help you introduce the idea naturally.
Most people are, at first. We do not start with the camera. We start with coffee and an unhurried conversation in your parent's own home, and by the time we are filming, the camera has stopped being the point. It feels like a conversation, not a production. We also offer an audio-only version for anyone who prefers it.
Absolutely. This is exactly who we built the booking process for. You arrange everything from where you are, over WhatsApp or email, and we handle the ground in Lebanon: scheduling, filming, editing, and delivery. Your parent does not need to arrange a thing.
From booking to delivery, typically 4-6 weeks. The filming session itself takes about 3 hours in your parent's home. After that, we spend 3-4 weeks carefully editing the film, preparing the audio version, and crafting the premium keepsake box.
We offer extended and legacy packages for families who want to capture multiple perspectives. Whether it's both parents together, or grandparents and their siblings, we can design a session that captures your family's full story.
We give you exact pricing on the first call, once we know what your family actually wants, so you are never quoted for something you did not ask for.
